On January, 18th we had a new workshop, this time focused on the “Roman sculpture”, ih the frame of “Archeological Didactic workshops” ” that the webpage “We are all Archeology” was doing from october to march,2019.
This workshop focused on the roman sculpture as well as its influences and stamps in Cordoba helped us to discover the smallest types of sculptural creation working the roman sculpture, both busts and complete sculptures, equestrian sculptures, cameos, sacophagus, etc. Additionally, they could learn different interpretations about pigmentation of the roman sculpture.
Finally, the children could apply their own designs to busts we gave them, but this time about “Dama de Elche /Lady of Elche “ with distinct results that they could take home.
