Last Friday, December 14th ,we could do a new workshop with the hel p of the parents and the children in the frame of “Archeological didactic workshop” that the webpage “We are all Archeology” was doing from october to march,2019.
In this workshop we speak about a brief history of The Roman Empire and the Roman army and its importance for the history (but not only From Rome, but in the configuration of the main cities n the present, and the battle tactics they used to be famous.
After that, with the help of the parents, we were creating a roman shields using different designs for these shields and we also made a legion banner. Finally, we were checking in situ defensive formations as characteristic of the roman army as the “testudo”.
